Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Additional written agreements may govern your organization's service; mandatory applicable law is not excluded. Operator identification on the Contact page must be completed before production legal sign-off.

• Use the platform only for lawful credential-related activities you are authorized to perform.
• Do not issue fraudulent or misleading credentials, upload unlawfully obtained personal data, impersonate issuers, bypass tenant controls, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the platform to distribute malicious content or violate others' rights.

• Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, invitation links, and wallet credentials.
• Use only the permissions assigned to you; report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
• Organizations are responsible for approving their users, managing roles, and having authority to process recipient information.
• Review our Privacy Policy for data practices and choices. Optional analytics consent is not a condition of account use.

Issuers are responsible for the truth, accuracy, lawful basis, and authority behind credentials they issue. A cryptographic signature protects integrity and identifies an authorized signing method; it does not independently prove the underlying achievement or legal validity of every statement. Review recipient data and validity dates before issuing. Blockchain transactions may involve network fees and irreversible public records.

Verification reports technical checks based on the submitted credential and available issuer, status-list, and network information at the time checked. A successful check is not an endorsement of the issuer's claims. Failed, unavailable, or incomplete checks must not be represented as verified. You remain responsible for deciding whether a credential is appropriate for your purpose and for checking its status when relying on it.

Authorized issuers may revoke or otherwise change the status of credentials within their permissions and applicable obligations. Revocation may affect whether a credential should be relied on, but does not erase distributed files or past blockchain transactions. Contact the issuing organization for disputes about credential content or revocation decisions.

Platform software, branding, and content remain owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights you hold in submitted material and permit its processing as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to use recipient data, templates, logos, and other uploaded content. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

We work to maintain the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that external email, blockchain, wallet, hosting, or issuer-document services will always be reachable. Maintenance, outages, rate limits, and network delays can affect operations. Keep appropriate copies of issued credentials. Any service-level commitments must be stated in a separate agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every use case or be error-free. We are not responsible for issuer misrepresentations, compromised user wallets, or independent third-party conduct except where applicable law or an agreement provides otherwise. Liability limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections. Specific commercial liability limits, if agreed, should be set out in your organization's contract.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches of these terms, subject to applicable law and agreements. Contact us about account closure and associated data requests. Account closure does not automatically delete audit records, invalidate all credentials, or remove public blockchain information.
